You’ll enjoy an outdoor total body exercise experience for all fitness levels. This class combines resistance training with cardiovascular conditioning to develop muscular strength, endurance and overall fitness. Bring sneakers and water. Love to walk over your lunch break? Meet other Downtown walkers in Perry Square Park every Monday at noon. You’ll be led on a scenic one-mile walk sure to invigorate your body and mind as well as inspire new connections to your community and each other. All walking speeds are welcomed.

Every Tuesday, join us for this integrative Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength, while encouraging your mind to feel centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance. Sessions are free, although donations are welcome. Bring a yoga mat or towel, water, and an open mind.
Strollers & Strides

Connect with other parents as we take a scenic one-mile walk throughout Downtown Erie each Friday at 11:15 a.m. Bring your sneakers, strollers, and water for your and your kids. Each walk lasts about one hour and will end with an opportunity to take part in our weekly Dance It Out Downtown series. Every participant gets a coupon for use at a Downtown business.
